After many years trying to help people and businesses be more efficient I realized that coaching was a superior way to help. It worked improving my business, many aspects of my life, and has provided long term positive changes with my clients.

I often work with Technology professionals, Engineers, Consultants, Sales Engineers, Account Managers, Sales Executives, Managers, Directors, Technology Start-Up founders and Executives. I also work with people starting in the Technology world or moving their careers to this industry.

MY WAY OF COACHING

My training at IPEC combined with my own Emotional Intelligence studies provided me very powerful tools and methods. Because I come from a left brain – logical thinking – background, I apply these tools and methods in coaching situations just the way you would resolve complex math equations. Clearly, Intuition and Emotional Intelligence are also part of the process, however these concrete tools and methods are the ones I use to develop creativity, intuition and emotion management. They are at the heart of the coaching “science”. With a higher level of awareness and strong intuition, I know which tools to use at the right time in specific situations. When I coach someone, it is not just coaching, it also training that person to become their own coach using these powerful tools.
My way of Coaching is based on a reliable and proven process and has the power to get you to a higher level of intelligence combining logical thinking, intuition and emotion management.
